Question on paying at the door

We were asked whether payment for reunion weekend could be made "at the door". Because we have made arrangements with Sanibel cottage for dinner and a caterer for the picnic, paying "at the door" IS NOT an option. We need to have solid counts with payment for both days in order to ensure that we have enough food and drink for everyone. Remember, if you plan to attend both the dinner and the picnic, you still have six days left to take advantage of the combo pricing and save.
