Question on paying at the door

We were asked whether payment for reunion weekend could be made "at the door". Because we have made arrangements with Sanibel cottage for dinner and a caterer for the picnic, paying "at the door" IS NOT an option. We need to have solid counts with payment for both days in order to ensure that we have enough food and drink for everyone. Remember, if you plan to attend both the dinner and the picnic, you still have six days left to take advantage of the combo pricing and save.

Hello fellow alumni,

After much discussion, the committee has decided to allow payment by check for Reunion Weekend.

We had originally decided to only accept payment via PayPal to make the registration process simpler on the administration side. Some of our classmates however were concerned with the security of personal information being sent over the web, or, they didn't have a PayPal account already and couldn't see the point in establishing an account just to register for this event. 

That being the case, we'll gladly accept your payment via personal check, however, in order to take advantage of the reduced early registration pricing, we need to be in receipt of your check by June 23, 2011. Payments by check received after that date will not qualify for reduced pricing.

With your payment, please include the number of people attending, in addition to what events you plan to attend (dinner Fri., picnic Sat., or both) as well as your e-mail address and a phone # where you can be reached. You'll know you have been successfully registered when you come back to the site and see your name in the "Confirmed Registrants" scrollbar.

Hi everyone. Some of you have told reunion committee members that you have never used PayPal or don't have a PayPal account, and that this is the reason you haven't yet registered for WHS Reunion Weekend. Here's a few quick details about PayPal:

Hello everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that we've added a registration scrollbar (take a look to the right of the page and down a little) which lists the current paid registrants for reunion weekend. This is a good way for you to verify that we've received your payment and that you are in fact officially registered. Please take a moment and have another look at the list of classmates we have yet to reach. We've narrowed down the list a little bit, however we still have over 130 classmates still outstanding.
